Sharon Gray is passionate about bringing healing to those who have been through a traumatic/stressful experience. She has a client centred approach, with a focus on assisting you to achieve your goals, to reach a healthier perception of self and move towards feeling peaceful, complete and whole. Sharon comes from the belief that a person can re-design themselves at any time and that it just requires some compassionate insight and a willingness to be available for yourself as you do the work
Sharon Gray has worked for over 13 years in hospital and community-based settings, and is a registered Clinical Psychologist. She can assist in supporting you to improve depression, anxiety, PTSD, complex trauma, work or relationship stressors, grief and loss, binge-eating disorder and self-esteem. Her main clinical approach is Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) however I am also trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectic Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Solution Focused Therapy.

Ellie Ganella is a clinical psychologist who adopts an open-minded, warm and compassionate approach to therapy. She has worked with individuals across private hospital and community-based settings, and has a special interest in supporting people struggling with anxiety and mood disorders, interpersonal and relationship difficulties, stress management and general wellbeing.
Ellie Ganella believes that the key to a successful therapeutic experience is the relationship itself, and works collaboratively with her clients to understand factors that influence and maintain their current situation, while respecting that the client is the expert in their own life.
Adopting a holistic approach to therapy, Ellie draws from various evidence-based interventions including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS), and tailors her approach to the individual and their needs.

Maria- Christine is a Generalist Psychologist who has worked with children, adolescents and adults in a variety of settings and presenting issues for over 20 years.
MC grew up in Bonbeach and after moving away for 15 years, living in Ireland, Wiluna and Kununurra (WA) and Rockhampton (Qld) she returned to the area with her son and our two dogs. MC has worked in schools, Maternal and Child Health Services, Child Development teams, Youth Services and private practice over the last 20 years.
Her 3 favourite things are: her son and their dogs; road trips and travelling and my work. MC loves being the passenger in her client’s car as we navigate the road to healing and growth.

Jane is an accredited mental health social worker and family therapist with over 15 years’ experience working with individuals, children and families. She has also worked throughout Australia with diverse communities. Jane’s personal style is warm, engaging, and passionate, and builds upon her significant academic qualifications in social work / psychology and family therapy.
Specializing in integrative mental health services. Jane has expertise in undertaking assessments that understands the interplay between the mind, body, social, and environment, and provides holistic therapy for people to improve their mental health. She works closely with families and couples to develop tailored strategies to empower and facilitate change.
Jane is fuelled by passion to develop unique ways of understanding how we think, what we feel, and why we behave as we do.
