Sharon Gray
Clinical Psychologist

Sharon’s passion is to bring healing to those who have been through a traumatic/stressful experience. She has a client centred approach, with a focus on assisting you to achieve your goals, to reach a healthier perception of self and move towards feeling peaceful, complete and whole. She comes from the belief that a person can re-design themselves at any time and that it just requires some compassionate insight and a willingness to be available for yourself as you do the work
Sharon has worked for over 13 years in hospital and community-based settings, and is a registered Clinical Psychologist. She can assist in supporting you to improve depression, anxiety, PTSD, complex trauma, work or relationship stressors, grief and loss, binge-eating disorder and self-esteem. Her main clinical approach is Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) however I am also trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectic Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Solution Focused Therapy.

Dr Ellie Ganella
Clinical Psychologist

Ellie is a clinical psychologist who adopts an open-minded, warm and compassionate approach to therapy. She has worked with individuals across private hospital and community-based settings, and has a special interest in supporting people struggling with anxiety and mood disorders, interpersonal and relationship difficulties, stress management and general wellbeing.
Ellie believes that the key to a successful therapeutic experience is the relationship itself, and works collaboratively with her clients to understand factors that influence and maintain their current situation, while respecting that the client is the expert in their own life.
Ellie adopts a holistic approach to therapy drawing from various evidence-based interventions including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS), and tailors her approach to the individual and their needs.

Justin Miller
Mental Health Social Worker

Justin is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker (AMHSW) with seven years experience providing psychological support to individuals, couples, and families in both clinical hospital and community based settings. He is passionate about the importance of developing authentic and empowering relationships to successful mental health treatment. Justin’s Mental Health treatment perspective is influenced by his broad life experiences and interest in meditation, communication, and the effect that trauma has on us.
Justin has a special interest in working with people effected by trauma including PTSD and complex trauma. He also finds himself regularly supporting those experiencing depression, anxiety, anger issues, relationship conflict, low self-esteem, and challenges resulting from grief and loss. His main therapeutic approach is EMDR Therapy (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing). However, he is experienced and trained with a wide range of therapy psychological disciplines and often integrates them depending on the need of clients e.g. Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Relational Gestalt Therapy (RGT).
